Financing your program
All information in the Financing Your International Program Handbook is provided by the ASU Center for Global Education Services (CGES) to assist prospective and current applicants in planning and financing an international program. This information helps you consider costs, an important factor for anyone planning an international program. Additionally, whether you receive financial aid, scholarships, or would like to, there is useful information and guidelines for you here.
Please download the Handbook: Financing Your International Program
Detailed program cost information is available for CGES programs in two ways:
1) Students interested in programs offered through our program providers (AIFS, Butler, CIEE, and ISA) may obtain detailed cost information directly from the program provider.
2) Students interested in all other CGES programs may obtain a detailed list of costs from each program page on the CGES website or by logging in to their myIPO account
Students planning on using financial aid towards a CGES study abroad program fee:
Once your FAFSA has been processed and on file at the ASU Student Financial Assistance Office (SFAO), bring the program cost sheet (from the CGES cost sheet developer or from the program provider) to the CGES for staff signature, and then drop the form off at SFAO to have your eligibility reassessed.
