WHO ARE WE?
This office is designated as a Passport Application Acceptance Facility.
WHAT DO WE DO?
We will gladly accept your completed passport application and forward it to Passport
Services for an issuance determination. Only Passport Services can make that determination.
We cannot.
WHAT DOES PASSPORT SERVICES DO?
The Passport Services section of the U.S. Department of State is responsible for making
the final decision to issue or deny a U.S. passport – based on each individual application.
Customers may be requested to provide additional information as determined by Passport Services.

Customer Service Representatives and Operators for TTY/TDD are available Monday through
Friday 7 a.m. to midnight (Eastern time) excluding federal holidays. Representatives
are also available for limited weekend hours for emergency situations.

The passport acceptance office observes the following university holiday closures: New Year's (January 1, 2008), Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving (Closed Thursday and Friday), and Christmas (Dec 24 & 25).

We are unable to accept credit / debit cards or cash.
INDIVIDUAL APPLICANTS will need TWO checks or money orders.
ONE check / money order for the passport application fee, payable to the U.S. Dept. of State.
ONE check / money order for the processing fee and / or photo, payable to IPO / ASU
FAMILY OR GROUP APPLICANTS will need several checks or money orders.
ONE check / money order for EACH passport application, payable to the U.S. Dept. of State.
ONE check / money order for the TOTAL processing and / or photo fees, payable to IPO / ASU.
Notes relating to the application process: If you are applying for a new passport you must present a "Certified" birth certificate and a photo ID at the time of application. Persons wishing to renew an existing passport must present their old passport. Many other questions concerning passports may be answered by the Passport section of the U.S. State Department.
